This policy discloses the privacy, security, refund, and delivery practices for information and credit card payments collected by the Greene Township Municipal Authority (the GTMA) website (the Site). These policies apply to our collection use of information from all visitors to the site without limitation.

PRIVACY POLICY

GTMA respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. With the exception other set forth in these policies, we will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. GTMA uses the payment gateway and shopping cart services of Authorize.net to process your payment. No credit card is ever directly collected by GTMA using their online bill payment form. Because sensitive card data is never collected by GTMA servers, you can be assured that your information complies with Authorize.net policies and those of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. Authorize.net's Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon resolution of the disputed account balance as determined by GTMA.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

GTMA will apply requested funds to your account on the next business day after the funds are processed through our online payment form. Should you have questions about your account or account balances, please contact us at 717-263-5324 Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. A late payment fee will not be assessed for any payment made through the GTMA online bill payment form that are entered on or before 4:00 PM EST (as determined by our servers) of the due date specified on your bill. A late payment may be assessed for payments made through the GTMA online bill payment form after that date and time.
