* If DUE DATE falls on weekends or a holiday, DUE DATE will be the next working business day.

BILLING $101.00 PER E.D.U.

* If a bill is turned over for late payment, the following will apply to your bill:

First Notice is by mail.

Second Notice is made by the county Constable and a charge of $50.00 will be applied to your account.

Third Notice will be termination of water service for non-payment and a charge of $110.00 will be applied to your account. ($50.00 for Constable Fee and $60.00 for water shut-off)

Service will not be restored until the bill along with all the above charges are paid in full. Bill must be paid with cash or money order. Water services will resume following full payment.

Late charges will apply after due date. If paying by mail, we go by the postmark date.

If paying in person, bill must be paid by 4:00 PM on the due date.

If paying after 4:00 PM, we have a night deposit box located at the front door of the building.

FEES SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME.

If the connection inspection does not pass and a return visit is needed, an additional fee of $100.00 will be charged.

Contractors will be charged a fee of $30.00 per hour for installation of main line inspection fee.

To Camera a Line:

A fee of $190.00 per hour during normal work hours.

A fee of $245.00 per hour for after-hours and holidays.

Sewer Billing:

1. Quarterly bill of $101.00 per single family resident.
2. Late fee after due date is an additional 10%.
3. Next you will be sent a late letter as a reminder.
4. Ten days following receipt of the letter, a Constable will post your front door. This will be a fee of $50.00. Payments must be made with cash, money order or credit card.
5. Ten days after the posting of your front door, the Constable and Guilford Water will turn off your water. This is an additional fee of $110.00.
6. After you have paid your bill and all associated fees in full, your water will be turned back on.
